Reach new heights with this 4-part introductory AcroYoga series! The series meets 4 Sundays in April and covers the basics of AcroYoga and progresses through more postures, challenges and explorations as the series builds. Each session will include a warm up and cool down flow perfectly suited to the acro work at hand. Since these classes build progressively, participants must sign up for the entire series.
